It lives at Laughton Lodge co-housing community, where we offer weekly sauna sessions for members and day visitors.
The Sauna.
We offer private hire on site, and can drive to other venues at an additional cost.
Wood.
Like with food, wood is an ingredient, and how it’s grown, harvested and prepared is vitally important.
Not all woodland management benefits eco-systems and wildlife. Some can greatly improve it, some can decimate swathes of land.
We choose to support those businesses and families that honour the soil as much as the wood they are selling.

We source wood our firewood specifically from a few local providers employ sustainable forestry practices.
Notably using coppice hornbeam, local to this area of Sussex, as well as fallen ash, beech and birch.
Mushroom Foraging Tour & Sauna Session
Join us at Laughton Lodge to embark on a private guided fungi tour of the local woodland with Luke, followed by a deliciously warm, relaxing sauna to finish the day. 5 spaces available per group. Day starts at 11.00am and finishes at 3.00pm. £40 per person. Minimum 4 people.
Available Thursdays, Fridays and most weekends throughout September, October and November.
